Rachael Cook
Rachael Cook, born on October 4 1979 is an American actress. She has starred with the Baby-Sitters' Club (1995), She's All That (2000), Josie and the Pussycats (2002) and the TV show Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart, Robot Chicken and Josie are also her voices. This series started with the English version of Final Fantasy VII - Advent Children. Rachael Cook is the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook, a comedian, social worker and former as well as JoAnn Cook who is weaver and teacher of cooking. She is of part-Italian descent. Cook appeared in her first public service announcement about foster care at seven years. Cook started working as an infant-print model when she was age 10, and was in national advertisements for Target. Cook was educated at Clara Barton Open School and Laurel Springs School. She also went to Minneapolis South High School.
