Anna Silk is the daughter of Peter Silk and Ilkay Silk. Ilkay Silk has been a director, actress writer, producer, and educator at St. Thomas University. Her father hails from Britain, while her mother is the "Turkish Cypriot-English expat." Anna's earliest memories include attending play rehearsals as well as watching her mother's work. In her early years, Anna played in commercials for a number of companies. Anna moved in Toronto so that her acting skills could grow. The actress later moved to Los Angeles. Seth Cooperman met Anna at a Los Angeles actor's workshops in 2007. They were engaged. Anna has since converted to Judaism by then Seth Cooperman and Anna had been married in December of 2010 in Fredericton.
